Description

Juicy garlic butter steak bites cooked with tender zucchini in one skillet, delivering a rich, hearty, and satisfying meal in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 medium zucchinis, diced

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak bites, season with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme, and cook for 3–4 minutes until nicely browned.
  3. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add diced zucchini and cook for 4–5 minutes until tender.
  6. Return steak to the skillet, toss everything in the garlic butter, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot immediately.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure proper browning of the steak.

Ribeye or strip steak can be used for a richer flavor.

Add red pepper flakes for heat or Parmesan for a savory finish.

Ghee can be substituted for butter if desired.
