Description
Juicy garlic butter steak bites cooked with tender zucchini in one skillet, delivering a rich, hearty, and satisfying meal in just 25 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 medium zucchinis, diced
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites, season with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme, and cook for 3–4 minutes until nicely browned.
- Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add diced zucchini and cook for 4–5 minutes until tender.
- Return steak to the skillet, toss everything in the garlic butter, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- Serve hot immediately.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure proper browning of the steak.
Ribeye or strip steak can be used for a richer flavor.
Add red pepper flakes for heat or Parmesan for a savory finish.
Ghee can be substituted for butter if desired.
