Description

Keto Homemade Guacamole Dip is a healthy, low-carb twist on the classic guacamole, made with creamy avocados, keto mayonnaise, lime juice, and fresh herbs. Perfect for a keto diet or as a delicious, guilt-free dip.

Ingredients

2 medium avocados

1 tbsp keto mayonnaise

1 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

2 tbsp fresh green onions, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
  2. Blend the Avocados: Use a hand blender or fork to mash and blend the avocado until smooth.
  3. Add the Ingredients: Add keto mayonnaise, lime juice, chopped parsley, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

Spicy Guacamole: Add diced jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy kick.

Cilantro Version: Substitute parsley with cilantro for a more traditional guacamole flavor.

Add Tomatoes: Add finely diced tomatoes, but be mindful of the carbs.

Lemon Instead of Lime: Substitute lime juice with lemon juice for a different citrusy flavor.
