Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and add it to the cheese mixture. Add almond flour and mix until dough-like consistency forms.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and puffed.
