Description

Key Lime Pie Lush is a no-bake dessert that combines the refreshing and tangy flavor of Key lime with a creamy, layered filling. With its graham cracker crust, smooth cream cheese layer, and tart lime topping, this dessert is perfect for warm-weather gatherings and easy to prepare. Ideal for busy hosts, this dessert can be made ahead of time and customized with fruit or food coloring for added flair.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Key lime juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
  • 2 tablespoons Key lime zest

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate while you prepare the other layers.
  • Make the cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  • Prepare the whipped cream: Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture for a light texture.
  • Make the lime layer: Mix sweetened condensed milk, Key lime juice, and zest. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top with whipped cream: Spread the remaining whipped cream over the lime layer and garnish with extra lime zest.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best results.
  • Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy!
