Instructions

- Prepare the whipped cream: Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture for a light texture.
- Make the lime layer: Mix sweetened condensed milk, Key lime juice, and zest. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with whipped cream: Spread the remaining whipped cream over the lime layer and garnish with extra lime zest.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best results.
