Ingredients
2 (12-ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (6-ounce) can crab meat, drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease 12 tartlet pans.
- Divide the biscuit dough in half and press each piece into the prepared tartlet pans. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, drained crab meat, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Spoon 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture into each tartlet, ensuring an even distribution.
- Garnish with a pinch of paprika for a pop of color and extra flavor.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the tartlet crusts are golden brown and the filling is bubbly and slightly browned on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. These tartlets also freeze wonderfully—just reheat before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
These tartlets freeze wonderfully! After baking, cool and freeze them on a baking sheet. Once frozen, transfer to a freezer-safe container. Reheat at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes.
For a variation, add shrimp to the crab mixture for a surf-and-turf twist.
