Description

The Low Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl packs all the cheesy, savory flavor of pizza into a quick, one-bowl, crust-free meal that’s perfect for low-carb, keto, or gluten-free diets. Ready in 20 minutes, it’s customizable, satisfying, and guilt-free.


Ingredients

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sugar-free marinara sauce

1/4 cup cooked ground sausage

1/4 cup pepperoni slices (optional)

1/4 cup diced bell pepper (optional)

1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small oven-safe bowl or baking dish.
  2. Spread shredded mozzarella cheese evenly in the prepared dish to form the base layer.
  3. Spoon marinara sauce over the cheese. Add ground sausage, pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives.
  4. Sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the toppings. Mix gently if desired.

Notes
