Mini Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Bombs are delicious bite-sized treats filled with creamy Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, and melted cheese, all wrapped in a soft, golden biscuit shell.
Ingredients
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
½ cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray or melted butter for brushing
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray.
- Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
- Fill the Biscuits: Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken Alfredo mixture into the center of each biscuit. Be careful not to overfill.
- Seal the Bombs: Pinch the edges of the biscuit together, forming a ball with the filling enclosed. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush and Bake: Lightly brush the tops with melted butter or cooking spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a different flavor, swap the chicken for ground turkey, sausage, or beef.
Add sautéed veggies like spinach, bell peppers, or mushrooms to the filling for added texture.
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños to the filling.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
