Description

A crunchy, chewy, and chocolatey no-bake dessert made with crispy rice cereal, peanut butter, Snickers pieces, and a smooth chocolate topping. Quick to prepare, rich in flavor, and perfect for an easy indulgence.


Ingredients

3 cups crispy rice cereal

1 cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup unsalted butter

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

¼ cup honey or corn syrup

3 Snickers bars, chopped into small pieces


Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in honey or corn syrup until well combined.
  4. Add crispy rice cereal and chopped Snickers pieces, mixing until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
  6. In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  7. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the pressed mixture.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  9. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

Swap semi-sweet chocolate with dark chocolate for a richer flavor.

Add chopped peanuts on top before chilling for extra crunch.

Use sunflower seed butter and omit Snickers for a nut-free version.

For softer bars, let sit at room temperature 5–10 minutes before serving.

Freeze in parchment-lined layers for up to 2 months.
