Description

These No-Bake Veggie Pizza Bites are a fun and healthy twist on traditional pizza. Made with naan or flatbread, a creamy onion & chive spread, and topped with fresh vegetables and cheese, they’re a quick, customizable, and satisfying appetizer. Perfect for parties, picnics, or light lunches, these no-bake bites come together in just 10 minutes!


Ingredients

2 pieces of naan or flatbread

1 tub (8 oz) onion & chive cream cheese

½ cup red bell pepper, diced

½ cup yellow bell pepper, diced

2 green onions, finely sliced

½ cup broccoli florets, finely chopped

¾ cup shredded mild cheddar or mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  • Prepare the base: Lay the naan or flatbread on a clean surface.

  • Spread the cream cheese: Evenly spread a generous layer of onion & chive cream cheese over each piece of naan, covering the surface completely.

  • Add the veggies: Sprinkle the diced red and yellow bell peppers, green onions, and chopped broccoli evenly over the cream cheese layer.

  • Top with cheese: Add shredded cheddar or mozzarella on top, gently pressing it into the veggie layer so it sticks.

  • Slice and serve: Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the flatbread into bite-sized squares or triangles.

  • Serve: Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
