- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (full-fat preferred)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1. Prepare the Marinade
- In a large bowl, mix cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne, minced garlic, lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
2. Marinate the Chicken
- Add chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
3. Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
