Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt, to taste
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup water (optional)

Cook the Beef: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
