Ingredients
- For the Crust:
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- For the Cream Cheese Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
- For the Berry Layer:
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 packages (3 oz each) strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with 1 cup sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until combined and spread the mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved and let it cool slightly.
- Fold in the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries into the gelatin mixture.
- Pour the gelatin and berry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
