Description

This Pepperoni Pizza Dip delivers all the gooey, cheesy, zesty flavors of your favorite pizza—without the crust! Layered with cream cheese, pizza sauce, melted mozzarella, and pepperoni, this quick microwave dip is the ultimate crowd-pleaser for game day, parties, or easy weeknight snacks.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup pizza sauce

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

1½ tsp Italian seasoning, divided

1 tsp dried oregano, divided

¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

2025 pepperoni slices

Instructions

  • Spread softened cream cheese in an even layer in a 9-inch microwave-safe pie plate.

  • Sprinkle with 1 tsp Italian seasoning and ½ tsp oregano.

  • Spoon pizza sauce evenly over the cream cheese layer.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan over the sauce.

  • Top with pepperoni slices.

  • Sprinkle remaining Italian seasoning, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using) on top.

  • Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 4–6 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

  • Serve immediately with sliced French bread, crackers, garlic toast, or veggie sticks.

Notes

Make it vegetarian by using mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives instead of pepperoni.

Add hot sauce or jalapeños for an extra kick.

Easily doubled for larger gatherings—use a larger dish and microwave in intervals.

Swap in provolone or cheddar for a cheesy flavor twist.
