- 5 radishes, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Sauté the Onions:
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the diced onion and sauté until tender and translucent (about 5 minutes).
2. Add Potatoes and Radish Greens:
- Stir in the sliced potatoes and radish greens, ensuring they are well-coated with the butter and onions.
3. Add Broth and Simmer:
