Description

Indulge in this Reese’s™ Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Skillet, packed with mini Reese’s™ Peanut Butter Cups™, chopped peanuts, and a delicious peanut butter cookie dough base. Warm, gooey, and perfect for serving with vanilla ice cream, this decadent dessert is a chocolate and peanut butter lover’s dream!

Ingredients

1 pouch Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix

Vegetable oil, water, and egg (as required on the cookie mix pouch)

1/3 cup chopped cocktail peanuts

1 bag (200 g) Reese’s™ Peanut Butter Cups™ Minis

Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Prepare Cookie Dough: In a large bowl, mix the cookie mix, vegetable oil, water, egg, and chopped peanuts until a soft dough forms. Stir in 1 cup of the Reese’s™ Peanut Butter Cups™ Minis.

  • Press into Skillet: Press the dough evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 10-inch cast-iron skillet. Sprinkle the remaining Peanut Butter Cups™ Minis over the top of the dough.

  • Bake: Bake for 26-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean (avoid overbaking).

  • Cool & Serve: Cool the cookie in the skillet for 15 minutes on a cooling rack. Use a large spoon to serve the cookie directly from the skillet.

  • Optional Topping: For extra indulgence, top with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, feel free to add more chopped peanuts or use salted peanuts for a sweet and salty contrast.

Make sure not to overbake the cookie to keep it soft and gooey in the center.

You can serve this cookie warm for the best melt-in-your-mouth experience.
