Ingredients
- 1 carton (16 ounces) whipped topping
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 6 to 7 drops green food coloring (optional, for enhanced color)
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits, undrained
- ½ cup chopped pistachios or walnuts
- Additional whipped topping (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix the Base
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped topping, pistachio pudding mix, and food coloring (if using).
2️⃣ Fold in the Ingredients
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and pineapple (including juice) until well combined.
3️⃣ Chill the Salad
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend and the salad to set.
4️⃣ Garnish & Serve
- Just before serving, top with extra whipped topping and a sprinkle of chopped nuts, if desired.
