Ingredients
- 1 pound roll of turkey sausage
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, crumble and cook the sausage until no longer pink. Drain the fat and let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
- Add the shredded Cheddar cheese, Bisquick, and cooked sausage to the eggs. Stir until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
