Description

A simple and delicious cream cheese cake that’s moist and flavorful, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1¼ cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or 8×8-inch cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze if desired.
