Description

A fun and delicious twist on classic s’mores, this S’mores Crunchwrap combines gooey marshmallows, melty chocolate, and crispy graham crackers wrapped in a crispy tortilla coated with cinnamon sugar.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 4 (2-oz) chocolate bars (Hershey’s recommended)
  • 8 graham crackers
  • Butter, for frying
  • 1½ cups cinnamon-sugar (granulated sugar mixed with 12 tsp ground cinnamon)

Instructions

  1. Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place about 1 cup of mini marshmallows in the center, leaving a 2-inch border.
  2. Top marshmallows with two graham cracker squares, then place one chocolate bar (half of a standard Hershey’s bar) on top.
  3. Fold the tortilla inward like a burrito, pleating the sides to seal all fillings inside. Flip so the sealed side is down.
  4. Heat about 1 tablespoon butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the crunchwrap for about 2 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.
  5. Flip carefully and cook for another 3 minutes until the other side is crisp and toasted.
  6. Immediately after cooking, toss the crunchwrap in cinnamon-sugar to coat both sides evenly.
  7. Repeat with remaining ingredients, adding fresh butter to the skillet as needed. Cut each crunchwrap in half and serve warm.

Notes

  • Be sure to seal the tortilla well to prevent fillings from leaking during cooking.
  • Adjust the level of cinnamon in the cinnamon-sugar mix to taste.
