Description

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless chicken wings

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

2 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp honey

1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and soy sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, stir together honey and hot sauce until smooth and combined.
  5. Brush the glaze over the baked wings, then return to the oven for 5 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize.
