Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (or pasta of choice)
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed tomato soup
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
¼ cup ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp paprika
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste
¼ cup chopped pickles (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in tomato soup, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped pickles, if using, and serve warm.
Notes
Swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
Add vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, or spinach for extra nutrition.
Mix in sour cream or cream cheese for a creamier texture.
