Ingredients
- 4 slices Texas Toast or thick white bread
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Place bread slices on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic (if using).
- Brush the butter mixture evenly on both sides of each bread slice.
- Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the top of each slice.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
