Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (preferably 20% fat)
1 ½ tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp smoked paprika
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
4 Greek-style flatbreads
Olive oil for frying

Instructions

Assemble the Gyros:

Serve:
