Description

This Tropical Fruit and Honey Smoothie is a refreshing, nutrient-packed drink made with fresh fruits and a touch of honey. Perfect for breakfast, a post-workout snack, or anytime you need a refreshing treat, this smoothie combines the natural sweetness of tropical fruits like strawberries, mango, and pineapple with the smooth richness of honey for a tropical escape in every sip.

Ingredients

1/2 cup strawberries, hulled

1/2 cup raspberries

1/2 cup watermelon, cubed

1/2 cup mango, chopped

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

1 tbsp honey (or more to taste)

1 cup ice

1/2 cup water or coconut water (for extra hydration)

Optional: A squeeze of lime juice for a zesty twist

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruit: Add all the fruit—strawberries, raspberries, watermelon, mango, and pineapple—into a blender.

  • Add Honey and Liquids: Drizzle the honey over the fruit and add the ice and water (or coconut water).

  • Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water or coconut water to adjust the consistency.

  • Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and add more honey if you’d like it sweeter.

  • Optional Twist: Add a squeeze of lime juice for an extra zesty kick and blend again.

  • Serve: Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with extra fruit if desired.

Notes

Protein Boost: Add a scoop of plant-based protein powder or Greek yogurt to make this smoothie more filling.

Add Greens: Throw in a handful of spinach or kale for extra nutrients without compromising the flavor.

Dairy-Free: Use coconut yogurt or almond milk instead of dairy-based yogurt for a dairy-free version.

Frozen Fruit: Use frozen fruits for a thicker, colder smoothie.
