TikTok Ramen Lasagna is a fun and budget-friendly twist on the classic lasagna, using instant ramen noodles as the base instead of traditional pasta. With layers of creamy ricotta, gooey mozzarella, and savory tomato sauce, this quick and easy recipe is ready in just 40 minutes.


Ingredients

1 pack instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packet)

½ cup ricotta cheese

1 cup tomato sauce

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the First Layer: Break the ramen noodle block in half and place one piece at the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Layer the Ingredients: Spread half of the ricotta cheese and half of the tomato sauce over the ramen noodle layer. Top with half of the parmesan cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Repeat the Layers: Place the second ramen noodle block on top and repeat the layering with the remaining ricotta cheese, tomato sauce, parmesan, and mozzarella.
