Ingredients
1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup marshmallow fluff (or cream)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
1/4 cup mini marshmallows (for toasting)
Instructions
- Toast the marshmallows: Place mini marshmallows on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Broil for 1–2 minutes until golden brown, or use a kitchen torch. Watch carefully, as marshmallows toast quickly.
- Heat the milk and cream: In a small saucepan, combine whole milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over medium, whisking gently until warmed but not boiling.
- Add marshmallows and fluff: Stir in the toasted marshmallows and marshmallow fluff until completely melted and smooth.
- Add extracts: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and almond extracts.
- Cool and store: Let cool to room temperature, then pour into a mason jar or airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to a week. Shake well before using.

Dairy-free version: Replace whole milk with almond or oat milk, and heavy cream with coconut cream.
