Instructions

- Cook the Chicken: Increase heat to medium-high and add ground chicken, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until fully browned.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir in diced water chestnuts, green onions, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes to blend flavors. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
