Ingredients

11 1/2 cups (~200-250g) Greek yogurt of choice

2 Tbsp (32g) peanut butter

1/4 cup (30g) granola of choice

Drizzle of honey (optional)

1 apple of choice (Honeycrisp recommended)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Base: Fill a bowl with 1 to 1 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt.

  • Add Peanut Butter: Stir in 2 tablespoons of peanut butter until fully incorporated and smooth.

  • Top with Granola: Add 1/4 cup of granola on top of the yogurt mixture.

  • Add Honey (Optional): If desired, drizzle honey over the bowl for added sweetness.

  • Slice the Apple: Slice the apple (Honeycrisp is recommended) and arrange it on top or beside the yogurt.

  • Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy the mix of creamy, crunchy, and sweet flavors!
