Ingredients

Olive oil

Zucchini

Onion

Instructions

  • Cook the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned.

  • Sauté Onion and Garlic: Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.

  • Cook Zucchini: Add the zucchini to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until it begins to soften.

  • Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet. Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to let the flavors combine.
