Ingredients
1 whole fish (about 2 pounds)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean and gut the fish if necessary.
- Rub the fish with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the fish with lemon slices, garlic, and fresh herbs.
- Place the fish on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
