Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, cherries, Greek yogurt, ground flax seeds, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and milk to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- If a thinner consistency is desired, add a little more milk and blend again.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately while cold.
