Ingredients

2 tbsp plain goat cheese
2 tbsp honey

Instructions
- Cut the top and bottom off the apple.
- Slice the middle portion into 2 to 3 even slices about 1/2 inch thick.
- Remove the core from each apple slice using a sharp knife or biscuit cutter.
- Arrange the apple slices on a serving tray.
- Fill the center of each slice with a little less than 1 tablespoon of goat cheese.
- Drizzle honey generously over the apple slices.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.
- Serve immediately.
