Description

A quick and creamy chocolate cold foam that transforms any iced drink into a rich, café-style treat. Light, airy, and ready in just minutes.

Ingredients

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 teaspoons 2% milk

2 tablespoons chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Add the heavy cream, milk, and chocolate sauce to a French press and stir until combined.
  2. Place the lid on and pump the plunger up and down about 40 times until the mixture thickens and becomes airy.
  3. Once light and fluffy, pour the foam over your favorite iced drink and serve immediately.

Notes

You can use whole or skim milk instead of 2% milk with similar results.

For a lighter version, substitute with 1/3 cup half & half instead of cream and milk.

If you don’t have a French press, use a handheld frother or shake in a sealed jar.

Dairy-free alternatives may work but can result in less stable foam.

Best used immediately; foam may deflate if stored too long.

Adjust sweetness by adding more chocolate sauce or a bit of sugar.
